“When we founded this company in early 2002, each of the partners was already a recognized leader in the software escrow services industry. We knew that software escrow was an essential business tool for managing the risks associated with licensing technology and it was clear that software developers and end-users were not receiving the level of service and expertise they needed. So, we formed this company on the foundation of exceptional service. We knew that is what would set us apart.

Most of our clients are only periodic users of technology escrow services so we have to be at our best everyday. Each member of our staff has undergone extensive training and will take the time to answer questions and explain concepts in detail when needed.
