What is CfMD®?
Certified for Microsoft Dynamics® (CfMD) is an accreditation recieved by Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) whose business solutions have passed Microsoft's in-depth testing including the ensurance that the software is compatable with Microsoft Dynamics, has been successfully implemented by other customers, and is fully protected through source code escrow.
What CfMD® source code escrow means for partners
As of November 1, 2010 CfMD® partners must place their source code into escrow and Escrow Associates has been selected as a preferred provider.
To meet this requirement partners must:
- Place source code into escrow allowing for multiple beneficiaries
- List the escrow company on your Validation Checklist
- Maintain an active source code agreement while the CfMD logo is being used
